Sarah originally qualified as a solicitor in 2000, quickly developing a solid and busy practice locally in all aspects of family law. In 2007 she was accredited as a Law Society Children Panel representative and concentrated upon the representation of children in public and private law proceedings and parents in complex cases.

She had an additional specialism representing clients in litigation related to surrogacy arrangements pursuant to the Human Fertilisation & Embryology Act 2008.

Sarah transferred to the Bar in October 2016 and joined Chambers. She has quickly established a practice as a barrister representing children, parents and local authorities in Public and Private Law Children Act 1989 proceedings.
