Acting on behalf of the father of the older two children where the father of the younger two was alleged to have been attempting to take them all to Syria together with the mother. The judgment is novel and worth reading not least because the judge, Mr Justice Peter Jackson, deliberately reduced it to brief and simple terms so the mother and the older children could understand it.
