Mollie joined chambers in October 2025 after successfully completing a family law pupillage under the supervision of Jacqueline Wall. She was called to the bar in October 2023.
Mollie brings a wealth of experience as, prior to coming to the Bar, she was a registered social worker. She worked for various local authorities, in a range of teams and roles, from court and locality through to adoption. In her last role before starting pupillage, Mollie worked as a Cafcass Family Court Advisor and Guardian in the Midlands. She worked across public and private cases, including acting as a r16.4 guardian. Mollie’s social work experience has given her valuable professional insight into family law proceedings.
During pupillage, Mollie has been instructed in private and public Children Act and Family Law Act cases, acting for the local authority, parents and children’s guardian.
Mollie accepts instructions across all areas of family law, including public and private children matters, domestic abuse and matrimonial finance. She is always well prepared and has a friendly and empathetic approach.
Outside of law, Mollie is a trustee of children’s charity Friends for Leisure. She enjoys theatre and music.
