Our Chambers in Winckley Square were founded in 1983 as the first set of independent Chambers in Preston.

Several of our family law barristers deal predominantly with cohabitation disputes, TOLATA applications and civil partnerships, as well as financial ancillary relief cases. There is a high level of expertise in both child abduction and human rights work.
