Public Law
In public law proceedings Sarah regularly represents local authorities, parents (including parents with learning difficulties involving representation by the Official Solicitor), grandparents and children. She conducts hearings at all stages of proceedings, including finding of fact hearings and final hearings. Sarah has covered cases involving non accidental injury, physical abuse, sexual abuse, drugs/alcohol abuse and serious neglect. Private Law In private law proceedings Sarah represents parents and guardians in residence and contact disputes. She has covered cases involving rape/sexual abuse, domestic violence and emotional abuse. She has a particular interest in international relocation cases.
