The Senior President of Tribunals Lord Justice Dingemans has assigned Peter Anderson to sit in the mental health jurisdiction of the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber (First-tier Tribunal) and the Chamber President Judge Sutherland Williams has authorised him to sit in the Restricted Patients cases.
His practice at the Bar continues unaffected.
